La nostra confortevole e accogliente villa al mare è stata completamente ristrutturata, con 3 ampie camere da letto in perfetto stile marinaro, due bagni, cucina, soggiorno, veranda, parcheggio, giardino, tv, lavatrice, possibilità di barbecue
L'alloggio
La villa ha 3 camere da letto matrimoniali indipendenti munite di ventilatore a soffitto che si affacciano su un luminoso soggiorno attrezzato di aria condizionata e di un divano letto(2 posti). Una cucina che si collega ad una veranda arredata con mobili e sedie. Ha due bagni di cui uno con doccia. Dispone anche di una doccia esterna riscaldata. Forniamo la biancheria per i letti e asciugamani per l'utilizzo in casa.
VILLA MELINA is a charming accommodation located just 150metres from the beach in the village of Fontane Bianche and only a 15 minute drive away from the beautiful historical city of Siracusa.
Having recently been redecorated with a simple but refined look it contains three comfortable double bedrooms complete with ceiling fans and a bright and spacious living room with air conditioning, a TV and a pull-out sofa bed. Inside are two newly refurbished bathrooms, one with a shower, and another outdoor shower all with hot water. The kitchen is connected to a veranda with a dining table perfect for quick bites to eat or for relaxing with a glass of Sicilian wine. In front of the villa is a spacious garden which has recently been re-landscaped.
